Do I need to register?
No. There’s no registration and no membership fee. Just get in touch when your pet needs us.
Do you see emergencies?
During opening hours we can sometimes see urgent cases, so please call us first. When we’re closed, please call Vets Now (Essex) on 01206 842224 or Mead Vets Centre (Kent) on 01322 223311.
What if I can’t afford the treatment my pet needs?
Please talk to us. We set aside part of our profit for a fund to help owners who genuinely can’t afford the treatment their animal needs, and we may be able to pay for some of it.
Which animals do you treat?
Dogs, cats, rabbits and other small pets.
Is there parking?
Yes, there’s a client car park at the clinic.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
Yes. We’re Vetsure-accredited and work with all the leading insurers. We can get pre-authorisation before treatment and complete your claim form (£25).
