Privacy notice
How we use the details you give us through this website.
Who we are
Animal Angels Veterinary Clinic, Unit 2, Red Lyons Business Centre, Burnham Road, Latchingdon, Essex, CM3 6JH. Email [email protected] or call 07454 409604 with any questions about your data.
What we collect
When you ask for an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, your pet’s name and type, the reason for the visit, the days and times that suit you, and anything else you choose to tell us.
How we use it
We use these details to contact you, arrange your appointment and care for your pet. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing unless you’ve asked us to.
How it reaches us
Depending on how you choose to send your request, it reaches us through our booking system, by email, or by WhatsApp. WhatsApp and email providers handle messages under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, your details become part of your pet’s clinical record, which we keep for as long as we need to under professional rules. Requests that don’t lead to an appointment are deleted when they’re no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don’t need to keep it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
