Questions

How much is a vet consultation?

A consultation is £40. Our full price list is online, so you can check the cost of tests or treatment before you come.

Do I need to register with you?

No. There’s no registration and no membership fee. Book an appointment whenever your pet needs one.

Do you see emergencies?

During opening hours we can sometimes see urgent cases, so please call us first. We’re not a 24-hour clinic, so when we’re closed please call Vets Now (Essex) on 01206 842224 or Mead Vets Centre (Kent) on 01322 223311.

What should I bring to the appointment?

Bring any medicines your pet is taking and any records from a previous vet. If your pet is insured, bring your policy details too.

Can you help with my insurance claim?

Yes. We’re Vetsure-accredited and work with all the leading insurers. We can get pre-authorisation before treatment and complete your claim form for £25.

How much is nail clipping?

Nail clipping with a vet nurse is £15. With a vet it’s £35, which includes a consultation.
